PAKISTAN AIR FORCE

Pakistan Air Force(PAF)  is the branch of Pakistan armed forces. Air Force has played a major role in serving Pakistan in past.It is an organization that supports Pakistan army and Pakistan navy. It came into existence after the independence. Pakistan Air force has 65,000 worker's including 3000 pilot's. PAF has 973 aircrafts
 including fighter jets. The headquarters of PAF is in Islamabad, Punjab, Pakistan. The CAS(chief of the air staff) is announced by the president of Pakistan.Now a days The command of air force is in the hand of sohail aman.
Pakistan air force has a total of 17 bases which are classified in to two categories.

HISTORY OF PAKISTAN AIR FORCE:
In history PAF played a major role in the wars against India in 1965 and 1971. A true patriot Muhammad Mahmood Alam known as MM ALAM
 born in July 1935. He joined PAF in 1960 and in war of 65 he made some world record's. He hold's the record of destroying five Indian Air Force fighter jets in less than a minute with his F-86. He destroyed a total of 9 Indian crafts. He died in 2013.

ISI stand's for Inter-services intelligence. It is the security agency which works under pakistan army. Most of the people  says that pakistan is on the map only due to ISI. Pakistan military has three intelligence agencies. The other's are intelligence Bureau (IB) and Military intelligence (MI). The headquarter of ISI is in islalmabad , (Punjab , Pakistan). ISI was came into existance in 1948.This organization (ISI) shares military intelligence between Pakistan Air Force , Pakisatn Army and Pakistan Navy. SSG Commandos

The ssg(special services group) is the special force of pakistan army. it came into existance in 1956.It's head quarters are in tarbella while cherat is called as the home of ssg commandos. SSG commandos has 10 battalions and each battalion has 700 men. The training of ssg is extremely difficult.It is difficult then the normal soldier.each battalion is lead by a Major General. SSG has played a major role in killing the terrrorists. Indian army is alway's afraid of  (ISI) and SSG. ISI stand's for inter services intelligence a security agency of pakistan army. we'll discuss it later.SSG have also played a significant role during the war's of 1965 and 1971. In siachen and kargil the did some enormous killing's of indian army. At that time the COAS was Gen Pervez Musharaf who did some brilliant job in his leadership.
